How do I install it?
The monitor system has been designed for easy installation. We can arrange for the system to be installed by a fully trained professional. If you choose to install the system yourself, just follow these four simple steps.
- Step 1 - Unpack the box and check that you have all the items listed. Make a note of your Registration Key found on the underside of the flap on your control panel and your account number (this is printed on your address label on the outer box and it's also the account number printed on your acceptance letter from us).
- Step 2 - Connect the rechargeable battery pack inside the control panel and activate by connecting the panel to your telephone line and power supply.
- Step 3 - Install the wireless sensors, smoke detector and control panel. All the sensors are pre-programmed to automatically connect to the control panel.
- Step 4 - Activate your account by using this website and clicking on 'My monitor system' and the 'Register your panel' button. Type in the Registration Key and your account number (this appears on your acceptance letter from us and your address label on the outer box that contained your alarm system). Remember to make a note of the 'user id' number given to you during the online registration process. You will be asked to choose a password. Alternatively, you can call our Customer Service Team.
